摘要
密栅组件敷设返修工艺(旧工艺)进度缓慢,同时,返修合格率偏低,影响了生产的稳定性。因此,针对密栅组件的敷设返修工艺,提出了优化措施,摒除原来全部拆卸的旧工艺,采用焊带与焊带相连接的新方式进行返修。采用新工艺后,提高了车间生产产能,同时提高了返修合格率,为我司密栅光伏组件在全国的领先地位打下基础。
The repairing process(old process)for the laying of dense grids is slow,and so is the qualified rate of repairing,which affects the stability of production.Therefore,aiming at the repairing process for the laying of the dense grating assembly,the optimization measures are put forward,the old process of all disassembly is abandoned,and the repairing process is carried out by a new way of connecting the welding strip with the welding strip.After adopting the new technology,the production capacity of the workshop was improved,and the qualified rate of repairs was raised,which laid a foundation for our company's leading position in the country.
