某矿综放面沿空掘巷支护效果分析

摘要 为了分析综放面沿空掘进巷道的稳定性,文中基于工作面工况条件对掘进巷道进行支护设计,确定了以高锚固力的长锚索加固为主,综合运用锚杆、金属网、钢带、长锚索、短锚索联合支护方式,并通过现场实测的方式对支护效果进行考察。结果表明,沿空巷道掘进期间表面位移随着距迎头距离的增大而增大,经过了急剧升高、缓慢升高和趋于稳定3个阶段;沿空顺槽掘进及工作面回采期间巷道围岩应力变化剧烈,巷道变形量较大,变形影响范围广;沿空顺槽两帮的位移大于顶底板的位移,实体煤帮的位移大于煤柱帮,顶板位移大于底板;综合分析可知,无论在掘进期间还是回采期间,综放沿空巷道变形都得到了有效控制,锚杆、锚索及围岩等组成的承载结构使巷道保持了较高的稳定性,特别是两帮变形显著减小,由加固前的3m以上减小到加固后的不足1.5m,实现了巷道安全支护。 In order to analyze the stability of gob-side driving roadway in fully mechanized caving face,this paper designs the support of the roadway based on the working conditions of the working face,and determines that the long anchor cable with high anchoring force is the main reinforcement method.The combined support method of bolt,metal mesh,steel belt,long anchor cable and short anchor cable is used synthetically,and the support effect is also investigated through field measurement.The results show that the surface displacement of roadway along goaf increases with the increase of the distance from the heading,and goes through three stages:sharp rise,slow rise and stabilization.The stress of roadway surrounding rock varies sharply during goaf driving and working face mining,and the deformation of roadway is large,and the deformation shadow is large.The displacement of the two sides along the goaf is larger than that of the roof and floor,the displacement of the solid coal side is larger than that of the pillar side,and the displacement of the roof is larger than that of the floor.Comprehensive analysis shows that the deformation of the goaf-side roadway in fully mechanized top-coal caving is effectively controlled,and the bearing structure composed of bolt,anchor cable and surrounding rock makes the roadway.The roadway maintained high stability,especially the deformation of the two sides decreased significantly,from more than 3 m before reinforcement to less than 1.5 m after reinforcement,which realized the roadway safety support.
