潇河晋中段水质改善整治思路和措施

Countermeasures of water quality improvement in Jinzhong section of Xiao river

根据潇河近年水质监测数据,结合潇河考核目标背景,强调了潇河整治的必要性。在确定了总体整治思路、整治范围和整治目标的基础上,从工业污染防治、生活污染防治、农业农村污染防治和流域生态保护4个方面提出了潇河晋中段整治的重点任务。希望通过工程措施和管理措施的综合实施,有效改善潇河水质,达到逐步恢复潇河流域水生态环境的目标。

Based on the water quality monitoring data of Xiao river in recent years and the evaluation standard of the Xiao river,this paper emphasized the necessity of the river treatment.On the basis of explicit the overall framework,scope,and goal of Xiao rive treatment,this paper proposed several key points of river treatment which are industrial pollution prevention,domestic pollution prevention,agricultural and rural pollution prevention,and ecological protection of river basins.The comprehensive implementation of engineering measures and management measures would improve the water quality effectively and restore the water ecological environment gradually.
