摘要 TRL校准是一种非常精确的校准方式,尤其适用于非标准接口的微波器件S参数的精确测试。论文探讨了有关TRL校准技术,从TRL校准技术理论模型分析,到设计TRL校准件的要求,到设计TRL校准件时需考虑的因素,对TRL校准技术做了较全面的介绍。 TRL calibration is a very precise way of calibrating,it is especially applicable to the accurate test of the microwave device's S parameters of non-standard interfaces.This paper discusses the TRL calibration technique,the theoretical model of TRL calibration technique is analyzed,the requirement and consideration of designing TRL calibration are discussed,the TRL calibra-tion technique is introduced comprehensively.
