摘要
操动机构作为断路器的关键部件,关系着断路器分合闸动作的正确性,机构的卡涩、分合闸弹簧的输出功不足等缺陷会导致断路器分合闸速度的降低,可能引起断路器动静触头的烧损,甚至引发断路器灭弧室爆炸,断路器速度特性测试能发现断路器机构的隐藏缺陷,包括卡涩、速度超标,同期不合格等,是断路器出厂、交接、预试的必做项目。针对两台典型代表的动特性测试仪对型号为SSCB01断路器进行现场测试比对分析,分析了不同速度特性测试仪对断路器速度特性测试结果的影响。
the circuit breaker is the core equipment in the transformer substation, which can normally circulate the load current during normal operation. When the fault occurs, the fault current can be cut off quickly to prevent further expansion of equipment failure. As the core component of circuit breaker, operating mechanism is very important, so it is very important to test the speed characteristic of circuit breaker mechanism. The decrease of the brake speed and closing speed will cause the breaker to be burnt and the serious circuit breaker will explode. In this paper the dynamic characteristic of factory 1, 2 production manufacturer tester is of a high voltage switch co., LTD., production model for SSCB01 breaker fi eld test comparison analysis, expounded the infl uence of diff erent manufacturers test circuit breaker speed characteristic.
