响应面试验优化超临界法萃取半枝莲黄酮工艺 被引量:5

Optimization of supercritical extraction of flavonoids from Scutellaria barbata by response surface test

摘要 采用超临界法萃取半枝莲黄酮工艺,在单因素基础上,考察各个因素对半枝莲黄酮萃取率的影响。结果表明:最佳萃取工艺参数为超临界压力35 MPa、超临界温度52℃、萃取时间59 min、乙醇浓度78%,在此工艺参数下做3次平行试验,3次试验的半枝莲黄酮萃取率为94.84%。方差分析结果表明,影响半枝莲黄酮萃取率因素大小依次为超临界压力>超临界温度>乙醇浓度>萃取时间。 Flavonoids were extracted from Scutellaria barbata by supercritical method. The effects of various factors on the extraction rate of flavonoids were studied on the basis of single factor. The results showed that the optimum extraction parameters were supercritical pressure 35 MPa, supercritical temperature 52 ℃, extraction time 59 min, ethanol concentration 78 %. Under these process parameters, three parallel experiments were carried out, and the extraction rate was 94.84 %. The results of variance analysis showed that the factors affecting the extraction rate of flavonoids in order were as follows: supercritical pressure>supercritical temperature>ethanol concentration>extraction time.
