军队网络信息资源质量的多级可拓优选决策分析

Multi-level Extension Optimization Decision Analysis of Military Network Information Resources Quality

军队网络信息质量的评价指标纷繁复杂,呈现评价主体多元化,评价对象多样化,评价标准全面化的特点。为了对军队网络信息质量的总体建设水平进行综合评估,首次利用多级优度评估方法和AHP法,提出了一种定性与定量相结合的军队网络信息资源质量多级可拓优选方法。为军队网络信息资源及政府信息资源质量的综合评估提供了一个新的思路和途径。实例分析结果表明该方法具有较好的可行性和实用性。

The evaluation index of military network information quality is complex,presenting the characteristics of multiple evaluation subjects,diverse evaluation objects and comprehensive evaluation criteria.In order to comprehensively evaluate the overall construction level of the network information quality of the army,a multi-level extension optimization method for the quality of the military network information resources is first put forward by using the multilevel goodness evaluation method and the AHP method.It provides a new way for the comprehensive evaluation of the information quality of the military network.The result of case analysis shows that the method is feasible and practical.
