基于多层编码遗传算法的舰艇改造任务分配方法 被引量:2

摘要 目前,提升我国海上执法力量刻不容缓,因此将退役舰艇迅速改造成执法船只的方案应运而生。舰艇改造任务分配问题根本上是具有多约束,多层次、非线性的复杂车间项目优化管理问题。通过对遗传算法进行多层编码,可有效用单一染色体表达复杂问题解的多维特征,拓展了遗传算法使用范围,方便将遗传算法强大的全局搜索能力应用于复杂优化问题。对每个染色体按工序和船坞进行个体编码,利用层次分析法确定工序优先级,使用多层编码的遗传算法进行仿真模拟,最终得到优化方案,对实现改造任务分配优化决策、迅速弥补我国海洋执法力量缺失具有一定参考价值。 At present,China urgently needs to enhance the maritime law enforcement forces.Therefore,transforming the retired warships into law enforcement work ships has become a feasible solution which is economical and quick.The task assignment problem is a complex,multi-level and nonlinear optimization problem of complex workshop.Through the multi encoding of genetic algorithm,which can effectively express complex multidimensional solution with a single chromosome,genetic algorithm expands the use range,convenient to strong global search capability of GA applied to complex optimization problems.In this paper,for each individual chromosome encoding is performed according to the process and dock,the process priority is determined by using the AHP,simulation is performed by using a multi-layered genetic algorithm,finally the optimization scheme is gotten,to realize the transformation of task allocation optimization,quickly make up for China's marine law enforcement forces,enhance the ability of the lack of law enforcement of public order has a certain reference value.
