摘要
论文力求研究一种科学算法,能从数万种航材中选取出少部分关键航材,为决策者提供帮助。文中将灰色理论和模糊综合评价相结合,建立一种模糊灰色综合评价的方法,对航材关键性进行科学有效的评价。首先应用灰色理论确定评价灰类的等级、灰数和白化权函数,计算灰色统计量并构造模糊隶属度矩阵,再用模糊综合评价方法计算模糊评判矩阵,根据最大隶属度原则判定航材的关键性。
This paper tries to study a scientific algorithm that can select a few critical air materials from tens of thousands of air materials to help decision makers.In this paper,the grey theory and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are combined to establish a method of fuzzy-grey comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the key of air materials effectively.Gray theory is used to determine the grades,grey numbers and definite weighted functions of gray classes,gray statistics are calculated and fuzzy membership matrix is constructed.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to calculate the fuzzy evaluation matrix,and the key of air materials is determined according to themaximum membership principle.
