摘要
为解决传统单向航行的客滚船在港口需要调转船头增加离港靠港时间,以及车辆倒车上船或者下船的不安全等问题,设计了76 m双向航行客滚船。该船有四层甲板,可容纳499名乘客;艏艉对称,360°视角驾驶室位于船体中间;采用4台主机、4台全回转式轴带推进器,可以达到12 kn服务航速。此外,还按照规范要求的方法分析了499名乘客和17名船员逃生方案,其结果满足客船规范逃生时间的要求。结果显示:该船型的布置特点在功能上可以保证船舶在靠港和离港的时候不需要调转船头,船舶上直线的车道就能方便车辆上下船。
In order to solve the problems of the traditional one-way ro-ro passenger ship,such as the need to turn the bow in port to increase the departure time,and the insecurity of vehicles back off roll on/roll off ship,a 76 m ro-ro passenger ship two-way navigation was designed.The ship has four decks,which can accommodate 499 passengers;the bow and stern is symmetrical,the wheel house with 360 degree angle of view is located in the middle of the hull;and the service speed of 12 kn can be achieved by using four main engines and four z-propeller axle thrusters.In addition,the escape schemes of 499 passengers and 17 crew members are analyzed according to the method required by rules,the results meet the requirements of escape time of rules of passenger ships.The results show that the layout features of the ship type can ensure the ship does not need to turn its bow when it is docking or leaving the port,and the straight driveway on the ship can facilitate the vehicle to roll on and roll off the ship.
