227m深海采矿船电气设备布置和电缆分隔方案

摘要 以世界首艘深海采矿船——227 m深海采矿船为研究对象,提出基于"DPS-2,EHS-F"入级符号冗余要求的电气设备布置与电缆分隔方案。该方案按照三个冗余组的设计原则对船舶主要结构进行设置,各冗余组之间电缆连接采用左右交叉的方法,可以解决"DPS-2,EHS-F"入级符号所要求的备用系统与主系统之间分隔隔离的问题;在电缆分隔方面,摒弃在后期电缆敷设过程中穿管或临时增加通道的传统做法,创新性地采用了在船体结构设计初期就分隔出三个独立的主电缆通道的设计方案,在满足规范要求的同时,减少了设计冲突与现场施工难度。 Taking the world's first deep-sea mining vessel,227 m deep-sea mining vessel as the research object,a scheme of electrical equipment layout and cable separation based on the requirement of "DPS2,EHSF" classification symbol redundancy requirement is proposed.According to the design principle of three redundant groups,the main structure of the ship is set up.The cable connection between the redundant groups adopts the method of left-right crossing,which can solve the problem of separation and isolation between the standby system and the main system required by the "DPS2,EHSF" classification symbol.In the aspect of cable separation,the traditional method of piercing pipes or temporarily adding channels in the later cable laying process is abandoned,in the early stage of hull structure design,three independent main cable channels are separated,which can meet the requirements of specifications and reduce the design conflict and the difficulty of site construction.
