摘要
以器官系统为中心的课程整合,是目前医学教学改革的重要内容。通过对多门学科的有机融合,实现学科间的联系性、连续性、整体性,为培养学生的临床思维及综合分析问题的能力提供理论基础。基于课程整合的PBL教学,使理论知识在情境化的病例讨论中得到应用,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生自主学习能力及临床思维能力。将思维导图应用于整合课程的PBL教学中,将深层次的思考可视化,培养学生知识体系构建的整体性和逻辑性。
The curriculum integration centered on organ system is an important part of medical teaching reform at present.Through the organic integration of many subjects,the relationship,continuity and integrity among the subjects are realized,which provides a theoretical basis for the training of students'ability of clinical thinking and comprehensive analysis for problems.PBL based on curriculum integration enables theoretical knowledge to be applied in situational case discussions,stimulate students'interest in learning,cultivate self-learning ability and clinical thinking ability.The application of mind maPin PBL based on integrated curriculum will visualize the deePthinking and cultivate the integrity and logicality of students'knowledge system construction.
