基于情景模拟的目标教学法在内科护理学教学中的应用价值 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨基于情景模拟的目标教学法在内科护理学教学中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年3月皖北卫生职业学院高职护理专业学生240人,采用随机数字表法将护生分为研究组与对照组,各120人。对照组护生采用常规护理教学方法,研究组护生采用基于情景模拟的目标教学法,比较2组教学质量的差异。结果:研究组护生在护理理论知识、护理操作技能与护患沟通能力三方面的考试、考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01),研究组学习兴趣评分及学习兴趣高所占比例明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组护生分析解决问题的能力、创造性思维能力、交流沟通能力、学习兴趣、自主学习能力、职业情感培养、知识掌握程度与团队合作能力等方面评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于情景模拟的目标教学法在内科护理学教学中的应用价值显著,有助于提高护生的学习成绩与学习兴趣,提升教学质量,值得推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the application value of scenario simulation teaching method in the teaching of internal medicine nursing.Methods:A total of 240 nursing students from Wanbei health vocational college from Mar 2016 to Mar 2017 were selected and were divided into study grouPand control grouPby random number table method,120 students in each group.The control grouPadopted routine teaching method,but the study grouPadopted simulation-based teaching method.The teaching quality between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of nursing theory,nursing operation skills and nurse-patient communication skills in the study grouPwere significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The score of learning interest in the study grouPwere significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of analyzing and solving problem ability,creative thinking ability,communication ability,learning interest,self-learning ability,professional emotion,knowledge mastery,and teamwork ability of nursing students in the study grouPwere significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application value of scenario simulation teaching method in the teaching of internal medicine nursing is significant,which can improve the learning achievement and learning interest of nursing students,improve teaching quality,and is worthy of popularization and application.
