高校本科教学评估作用力及有效控制

Undergraduate Teaching Evaluation's Force and Effective Control in Colleges and Universities

教学评估是一项重要的制度安排和重要工作,是改进高校教学工作,切实提高教学质量和人才培养水平的重要手段。因此,精心设计评估制度,科学把握评估标准,发挥最佳评估效力就显得尤为重要。文章提出,做到科学合理地控制评估作用力,需要处理好时代背景与要求、总结国内外经验教训、加强文化建设等三方面关系。

Teaching evaluation is an important institutional arrangement and work,whichi is an important means to improve the teaching work of colleges and universities and effectively promote the quality of teaching and the level of personnel training.Therefore,it is particularly crucial to carefully design the evaluation system,scientifically grasp the evaluation criteria,and optimize the effectiveness of the assessment.This paper proposes that in order to control the assessment force scientifically and rationally,we should deal well with relationships of background and requirements,accumulate domestic and foreign experience,and strengthen cultural construction.
