通过高层建筑结构特性和功能空间要求,分析了转换层结构应用的必要性,基于此,还制定了转换层施工组织设计和专项施工方案,确定了施工技术,并对全部施工事项进行了监督管理,最终转换层施工质量满足验收标准。

Based on structural features and functional space demand of high-rise building, the paper analyzes the necessity of conversion layer application, formulates conversion layer construction organization design and special construction scheme, determines construction technologies, and makes a supervision management for the whole construction items. In the end, the conversion layer construction quality meets acceptance examination standards.
