基于共词分析的国内政务微博热点主题研究的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of the Research on Hot Topics of the Government Micro-blog in China Based on Co-word Analysis

【目的/意义】针对国内政务微博热点主题研究进行可视化分析,可以有效地揭示该研究领域的前沿热点及未来研究趋势,为该主题的后续研究提供一定的理论支撑。【方法/过程】搜集整理中国知网(CNKI)中以"政务微博"为主题的研究文献作为研究数据来源,利用文献题录分析工具SATI进行数据预处理并提取高频关键词,进而基于共词矩阵联合社会网络分析和多元统计分析,并将分析结果可视化呈现。【结果/结论】分析结果显示国内政务微博研究领域的热点主要集中于电子政务、政务管理机制创新、舆情与意见领袖、政务新媒体等四个方面。

The visualization analysis of the hot topics of government micro-blog in China can effectively reveal the forefront and future research trend of the research area,and provide some theoretical support for further research on this topic.This paper takes research literature concerning the theme of“government micro-blog”on CNKI as the data source and analysis tool SATI for data preprocessing and extracting high-frequency keywords by bibliography.And based on co-word matrix combined with social network analysis and multivariate statistical analysis,it gives visual presentation of the analysis results.Results indicate that the analysis results show that the hot topics concerning government micro-blog research at home mainly focus on four aspects such as e-government,innovation of government management mechanism,public opinion and opinion leaders,and new media of government affairs.
