摘要
内蒙古某铀矿床开展了地质与水文地质条件评价、室内试验、条件试验。室内试验表明:含矿层的岩性、渗透率及铀的存在形式等因素有利于铀的浸出;采用组成为ρ(CO_2)=400mg/L、ρ(O_2)=300mg/L的浸出剂,浸出液中峰值铀质量浓度可达424mg/L,浸出液中平均铀质量浓度达34.6mg/L,浸出率为64.8%。地浸现场条件试验表明:浸出液平均铀质量浓度达到43.05mg/L,单孔注液量3.47m^3/h,单孔抽液量8.98m^3/h,证实了该矿段采用CO_2+O_2地浸采铀工艺的可行性。
The geological and hydrogeological condition evaluation,laboratory test and conditional test in a uranium mine in Inner Mongolia were Carried out.Laboratory test results show that factors such as lithology,permeability and existence form of uranium ore are favorable for leaching.When the leaching agent of ρ(CO2) is 400 mg/L and ρ(O2) is 300 mg/L,the peak uranium mass concentration in the leaching solution can reach 424 mg/L,the average uranium mass concentration is 34.6 mg/L,the leaching rate of uranium is 64.8%.The results of in-situ leaching conditional test show that the average uranium mass concentration in the leaching solution is 43.05 mg/L,the single hole injection volume rate is 3.47 m^3/h,the single hole drawing rate is 8.98 m^3/h,which proves that the technology of CO2 +O2 in-situ leaching of uranium used in this ore section is feasible.
