摘要
为赋予萃淋树脂磁性以实现材料与溶液的高效分离,通过悬浮聚合法制备了磁性N235萃淋树脂。用红外光谱、比表面仪、振动样品磁强计等测试手段对树脂化学结构和磁性性能进行了表征。对磁性N235萃淋树脂吸附铼性能进行了研究,考察了溶液pH、接触时间、吸附液铼浓度等因素对树脂吸附铼的影响。研究表明:溶液中铼质量浓度为0.8~10mg/L时,磁性N235萃淋树脂对铼的吸附率>94%;磁性N235萃淋树脂能够有效吸附溶液中的铼。
In order to give the magnetic property of levextrel resin and achieve efficient separation of the material and the solution,magnetic N235 levextrel resin was synthesized by suspension polymerization.The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,specific surface meter,VSM and etc.test methods for the synthetic resin chemical construction and the magnetic property.The magnetic levextrel resin was employed to study the adsorption properties for the rhenium,and the solution pH,contact time and rhenium mass concentration in the adsorbed solution etc.factors were considered as the influence the adsorption efficiency.The results show that when the initial rhenium mass concentration is from 0.8 to 10 mg/L,the adsorption rate is above 94%.Magnetic N235 levextrel resin enables effective adsorption of rhenium in solution.
