摘要
汽车—破碎站—胶带半连续工艺在我国大型深凹露天矿山得到推广应用,为实现其高效、经济运行,分别从半移动式破碎站移设、胶带排土在线矿石干选回收工艺、排土机排土升段工艺等方面进行研究,并通过多次应用实践对理论技术参数进行总结优化,取得了良好的效果和一系列具有自主知识产权的创新成果,实现半连续工艺的效率、效益最优化,为大型深凹露天矿山开采工艺研究提供了理论与实践支撑。
The semicontinuous process composed of automotive,crushing station and tap is widely used in deep open-pit mines with large scale in our country.In order to ensure efficient and economical operation of semicontinuous process,some relative studies are done from aspects of semimobile crushing station relocation,on-line ore dry separation recovery technique by belt discharge and technique of soil lifting section of soil discharging machine,besides that,the theoretical technical parameters are summarized and optimized by many application practices,the practice effects are good and a series of innovation results with independent intellectual property are obtained.The study results indicated that optimization goal of efficiency and benefit of semicontinuous process is realized,which can provide theoretical support for the study mining technique of deep open-pit mines with large scale.
