三山岛金矿深部开采采场能量释放规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 深部开采过程中"三高一扰动"对采矿工程造成很大的影响,不仅回采的安全性难以保证,也极大地限制了矿石的回采率,充填法因能很好地控制地压而被认为是深部开采可选的采矿方法。以三山岛金矿为例,结合地应力测量结果,对深部开采过程中岩体开挖过程的能量释放规律进行研究和分析。结果表明,随着开采深度的不断增大,岩体释放的能量随之增大;岩体的弹性模量越大,弹性应变能密度则越小;深部采场充填能明显降低岩体的弹性应变能密度以降低岩体释放的能量,显著降低发生岩爆的可能,从而保证回采的安全。 Mining engineering is seriously affected by "three high and one disturbance" phenomenon in the process in deep mining,which caused the stoping safety is not ensured and the improving of ore recovery rate is limited.Filling method is helpful for controlling ground pressure,so it is considered as an alternative mining method for deep mining.Taking Sanshandao Gold Mine as the study example,combing with the in-situ stress measurement results,the energy releasing regularity during the process of rock mass excavation in deep mining engineering is studied.The results show that with the decreasing of mining depth,the energy released by rock mass increases accordingly;the larger the rock mass elasticity modulus,the lower the elastic strain energy density;the rock mass elastic strain energy density and energy released by rock mass can be reduced by adopting filling method,the rock burst probability can also be reduced,therefore,the deep mining safety of Sanshandao Gold Mine is guaranteed.
