摘要
某白钨矿浮选脱硫尾矿钨品位0. 085%,细度-0. 074 mm 70%,分布在-0. 043 mm粒级中的WO_3占74. 79%。为回收利用其中的钨,采用浮选机与旋流-静态微泡浮选柱两种设备对该白钨尾矿矿样进行浮选试验。结果表明,在适宜的浮选药剂制度下,固定浮选柱循环压力0. 10MPa,浮选柱1粗1精—浮选机1次扫选柱机联合闭路流程可获得产率2. 42%、WO_3品位4. 61%、回收率82. 65%的精矿,尾矿WO_3含量0. 024%,指标优于单一浮选机2次粗选和单一浮选柱1粗1精流程,因此该柱机联合浮选工艺流程可为该白钨尾矿提供一种可行的回收手段。
The tungsten grade of a scheelite flotation desulphurization tailings is 0.085%,whose fineness is -0.074 mm70%,and the WO 3 distributed in the -0.043 mm size is 74.79%.In order to recycle the tungsten in the tailings,the stellite tailings sample flotation experiment was carried out by using a flotation machine and a cyclone-static microbubble flotation column.The results showed that under the suitable flotation reagent system and flotation column circulation pressure of 0.10 MPa,concentrate with yield rate of 2.42%,WO 3 grade of 4.61%,recovery rate of 82.65% and tailings with WO 3 content of 0.024% was obtained via flotation column one roughing-one cleaning-flotation machine one scavenging column-machine combination closed circuit flow.The indexes was better than single flotation machine two roughing and flotation column one roughing-one cleaning flow.Therefore,the column-machine combination flotation process could provide a feasible recovery method for the scheelite tailings.
