水力压裂增透技术在鲁班山北矿瓦斯治理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 班山北矿煤层瓦斯含量大,透气性系数低,井下钻孔抽采效果差,严重制约了瓦斯治理和防突效果,影响了矿井的部署接替及安全生产。为解决鲁班山北矿目前存在的问题,提高瓦斯抽采效果,在142底板巷道对8~#煤层施工穿层钻孔进行水力压裂增透,抽采纯量提高了5. 5倍,压裂影响半径达40 m以上,钻孔工程量减少82%,抽采时间缩短82%,每个压裂钻孔影响范围内可节约钻孔费用26. 03万元,并节约43个钻孔的施工时间,增透卸压效果显著。水力压裂增透技术在鲁班山北矿是适用的、可行的,下一步可进行大面积推广应用。 The coal seam of Luban Mountain North Mine is characterized by high gas content,low permeability coefficient and poor drainage effect of underground borehole,which seriously restricts the effect of gas treatment and outburst prevention,and affects the replacement of mine deployment and safety production.In order to solve the existing problems in Luban Mountain North Mine and improve the gas extraction effect,hydraulic fracturing permeability improvement technology is carried out in the crossmeasures boreholes of No. 8 coal seam in the 142 floor tunnel.The results show that the net volume of gas extraction increased by 5.5 times and the influence radius of fracturing is over 40 m;the drilling engineering quantity can be reduced by 82% and the time of extraction reduced by 82%;within the influence range of each fracturing drill, the cost of extraction hole drilling can be saved up to RMB 260,300 yuan,and the gas drilling time of 43 boreholes can be saved.Field application shows that hydraulic fracturing permeubility improvement technology is applicable and feasible in the mine. In the next step, large-scale popularization and application can be carried.
