丹参川芎嗪联合鼠神经生长因子治疗臂丛神经损伤临床研究 被引量:5

Clinical Study on Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Combined with Rat Nerve Growth Factor in the Treatment of Brachial Plexus Injury

摘要 目的探讨丹参川芎嗪联合鼠神经生长因子治疗臂丛神经损伤的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择医院2012年1月至2017年12月收治的臂丛神经损伤患者73例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(36例)和治疗组(37例)。对照组患者给予鼠神经生长因子治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合丹参川芎嗪治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月。结果治疗组总有效率为81. 08%,优于对照组的69. 44%(χ~2=4. 423,P=0. 038);两组臂丛神经功能评分均明显高于治疗前,疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)均明显低于治疗前(P <0. 05),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗组上肢自主生活能力的优良率为89. 19%,优于对照组的66. 67%(χ~2=5. 408,P=0. 020);两组治疗过程中均无严重不良反应发生。结论丹参川芎嗪联合鼠神经生长因子治疗臂丛神经损伤的临床疗效显著,可明显改善臂丛神经功能和上肢自主生活能力,减轻上肢疼痛,且安全性较高。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine combined with rat nerve growth factor in the treatment of brachial plexus injury. Methods Totally 73 patients with brachial plexus injury admitted to our hospital from Jan-uary 2012 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the control group(36 cases) and the treatment group(37 cases) according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with rat nerve growth factor, on this basis, the patients in the treatment group were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine. Both groups were treated for 3 months. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 81. 08%, which was better than 69. 44% of the control group(X^2 = 4. 423, P = 0. 038). The scores of brachial plexus nerve function in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P < 0. 05), and those in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05). The excellent and good rate of upper limb autonomous living ability in the treatment group was 89. 19%, which was better than 66. 67% in the control group (X^2 = 5. 408, P = 0. 020). There was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine combined with rat nerve growth factor is effective in the treatment of brachial plexus injury, which can significantly improve brachial plexus nerve function and upper limb autonomous living ability, alleviate upper limb pain, and it has high safety.
