辽宁省高职院校老服专业毕业生调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Elderly Service and Management Major Graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges in Liaoning Province

基于辽宁省人口老龄化形势严峻、养老服务人才严重不足等现状,在高职院校中开设老年服务与管理(简称老服)等涉老专业是十分必要的。学生对该专业的认识、社会需求等情况对该专业发展、人才培养起着重要的作用。通过调查辽宁省四所高职院校220名从事相关工作的老服毕业生得出数据,据此分析了毕业生对专业核心知识、能力、素质及人才培养目标等的认识情况,以期为老服专业发展提供参考,同时也为辽宁省养老服务业发展输送更多高品质专业人才。

Based on the serious aging of population in Liaoning Province and the serious shortage of elderly service talents, it is necessary to set up such age related majors as elderly service and management in higher vocational colleges. Students' understanding and demand for this major play an important role in professional development and talent training. In this paper, 220 elderly service graduates in four vocational colleges in Liaoning are investigated, and based on the data it analyzes their understanding of the core knowledge, ability, qualities, and talent training goals, so as to provide reference for the development of the elderly service major. At the same time, it also delivers more high-quality talents for the development of the elderly service industry in Liaoning Province.
