Research on Morality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

结合高职教育教学实际,从四个方面引经据典,有理有据地探讨了高职院校教师为什么教育教学中要立德树人和如何立德树人等问题:甘当人梯做学生楷模,以言传身教影响学生品格;坚持终身学习理念,以渊博的知识启迪学生心灵;真诚付出爱生如子,以高尚的师德熏陶学生品行;奖惩严明持之以恒,采取有效办法实施立德树人。对同类高职院校相关工作具有指导意义和参考价值。

The paper combines the teaching practice of higher vocational education, and expounds the morality education in higher vocational colleges from four aspects: be willing to be the model of students, and influence the character of students by words and deeds; insist on the concept of lifelong learning, and enlighten the students' minds with profound knowledge; sincerely love students as their own children, edify students' morality with noble teachers' morality; be strict in rewards and punishments and be persistent, and take effective measures to implement morality education. It has guiding significance and reference value for the related work of vocational colleges.
