摘要 比色法是一种根据待测物质溶液在试纸上充分反应后,试纸的颜色读数来确定物质浓度的检测方法。以2017年全国大学生数学建模竞赛C题中硫酸铝钾的数据为依据,采用主成分回归分析、曲线估计等回归分析方法,结合SPSS软件,探究试纸的颜色读数与硫酸铝钾浓度之间的数量关系,最终建立硫酸铝钾浓度与颜色读数之间的回归方程。这一研究成果使只要输入照片中的颜色读数就能够获得待测物质的浓度成为可能。 Colorimetry is a method to determine the concentration of a substance by the color reading of the test paper, after the solution of the substance to be measured has fully reacted on the test paper. Based on the data of aluminium potassium sulfate in question C in the national college students' mathematical modeling competition in 2017, it uses such regression analysis methods as principal component regression analysis, curve estimation. Combined with SPSS software, it explores the number relationship of the color reading of the test paper and aluminium potassium sulfate concentration, and eventually establishes the regression equation between aluminium potassium sulfate concentration and the color readings. The results make it possible to obtain the concentration of a substance to be measured by simply inputting the color reading from a photograph.
