高校的创新创业教育是"大众创业、万众创新"的源动力,为建设创新型国家奠定人才基础。学科竞赛是"双创"教育的有力抓手。充分发挥学科竞赛对大学生"双创"能力培养的作用,对应用技术高校"双创"教育具有重要的现实意义。西安思源学院探索出一套可行的"双创"教育模式,即以指导教师队伍和激励保障体系为支撑,以案例和项目为手段,通过理论教学、实践教学和素质拓展培养高素质的"双创"人才。

The innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is the source of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", and lays a talent foundation for building an innovative country. Academic competition is a powerful grasp of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" education. Giving full play to the role of academic competition in the cultivation of college students'"mass entrepreneurship and innovation" ability has important practical significance for the education in the applied technology colleges and universities. Xi'an Siyuan University has explored a feasible education mode, which is supported by the teaching staff and the incentive guarantee system. With the case and project as the means, through the theoretical teaching, practical teaching and quality development, it cultivates high-quality "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" talents.
