我国备战东京奥运会的战略思路与体系构建——基于中外奥运备战经验

Path and System Construction of China’s Preparation for the Tokyo Olympic Games—Based on Chinese and Foreign Olympic Preparing Experience

东京奥运会承载着重要的时代使命,寄托着中日两国特殊的历史情节与民众期待。在系统梳理我国备战东京奥运会基本形势和剖析世界竞技体育强国备战经验的基础上,提出我国的战略思路与备战体系:以问题为导向,坚持全球备战、协同备战、科技备战、创新备战;构建服务东京奥运备战的复合型目标体系,打造国家和社会多元参与的奥运备战组织体系,优化奥运备战优秀人才选拔培养体系,健全"训练-科研-医疗"一体化备战训练体系,完善奥运备战服务保障体系。

The Tokyo Olympic Games bears the important era mission with special historical complex between China and Japan as well as their expectation.On the basis of China’s preparations for the Tokyo Olympic Games and the experience of the world’s competitive sports powers in preparing for the Games,the study puts forward China’s strategy and preparation system:taking the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Party as the guide;adhering to the preparation path globally,collaboratively,scientifically,and creatively.An overall target system to serve the preparations for the Tokyo Olympics,an organization system with multiple body participation and a selection and training system for outstanding talents in the preparation for the Olympic Games will be built.Furthermore,the integrated training system of“training-research-medical care”and the service guarantee system for preparing for the Olympic Games should also be taken into consideration.
