中国创伤救治培训"(China trauma care training,CTCT)于2016年7月启动,恰逢国家相关部门积极推进创伤中心建设,截至2018年11月初,已经在22个省市举办66站,培训学员近4 500名,被誉为创伤救治继续教育的"黄埔军校",成为中国首个标准化创伤救治培训品牌课程。本文系统阐述了CTCT的意义、需求、定位和历程。未来将出版CTCT教材,为CTCT 2. 0版本奠定基础。CTCT将建设面向乡镇卫生院的CTCT-basic(CTCT初级版)、面向创伤中心学科带头人的CTCT-leader(CTCT科主任版)和面向护理人员的CTCT-nurse(CTCT护理版)。并建立CTCT专家委员会,扩大CTCT传播广度和深度,以满足各地创伤外科医师队伍建设需要,更好地配合各地创伤中心建设。

China trauma care training(CTCT)was launched in Jul.2016,coinciding with the active promotion of trauma center construction by relevant national departments.By early Nov.2018,66 stations had been held in 22 provinces and nearly 4,500 trainees had been trained.It is called“Huangpu Military Academy”in continuing education in trauma care and becomes the first standardized trauma care training brand course in China.In this paper,the significance,requirement,positioning and history of CTCT are systematically described.CTCT textbooks will be published in the near future,laying a foundation for CTCT version 2.0.CTCT-basic for township hospitals,CTCT-leader for academic leader in this field and CTCT-nurse for nursing staff will also be launched.Meanwhile,CTCT expert committee will also be established to expand the width and depth of CTCT transmission,so as to meet the needs of the construction of trauma surgeons team in different regions and better cooperate with the construction of trauma centers in different regions.
