摘要
设计了基于岗位自适应匹配理论的医疗人才合作平台,试图打通技术操作路径,实现医疗人才供需匹配,有效解决医师多点执业面临的现实问题。最后,文章对平台建设提出展望和可行性建议。
A medical talent cooperation platform based on post adaptive matching theory is designed to try to open up the technical operation path,realize the matching of medical talent supply and demand,and effectively solve the practical problems faced by doctors in multi-site practice.Finally,the article put forward the prospects and feasibility suggestions for the platform construction.
