医院感染对住院费用的影响研究——以儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病为例

Study on the Effect of Nosocomial Infection on Hospitalization Expenses——Taking Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia as An Example

目的:研究医院感染对患者住院费用的影响。方法:运用病例对照的研究方法,比较分析医院感染与非感染组儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患者住院费用和住院天数的差异。结果:医院感染使患儿的住院费用显著增加,住院天数延长,加重了患儿家庭的住院经济负担。结论:采取有效措施降低医院感染发生率,减少儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿家庭的住院经济负担。

Objective To study the influence of nosocomial infection on hospitalization expenses of patients.Methods Case-control study was used to compare the differences in hospitalization expenses and hospitalization days between children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in nosocomial and non-infected groups.Results Hospital infections significantly increased the cost of hospitalization for children,and the length of hospital stays which aggravated the economic burden of hospitalization for children.Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections and reduce the economic burden of hospitalization for children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
