典型省市大病保障模式探究

Study on the Mode of Major Illness Insurance in Typical Provinces

本文通过查阅并梳理青岛市、江苏省、浙江省等7个省市的大病医保政策,重点从保障对象、保障范围、支付方式、筹资机制4个方面比较各地大病医保政策之间的异同,分析各地在大病保险政策推进中的优势以及存在问题,为我国其他省市大病保险的推进提供借鉴。

This paper reviewed and sorted out the major medical insurance policies of 7 provinces such as Qingdao,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang provinces,focusing on the similarities and differences among the major medical insurance policies in four aspects:the target of protection,the scope of protection,the payment method and the financing mechanism.The advantages and problems in the promotion of major illness insurance policies in various places can provide reference for the promotion of major illness insurance in other provinces and cities in China.
