摘要
门诊服务水平的提升,不仅为患者提供形式多样的挂号方式,更应在就诊布局上增添了科学化与人性化的考量与安排。作者尝试将复杂的门诊服务系统化整为零,分析我国当前门诊在人力、资源以及医疗水平方面的现状,并针对门诊服务存在的问题,提出加大技术投入、盘活现有资源、打造精品团队的设想,为进一步提升我国门诊服务质量提供不同视角与多样选择。
The improvement of outpatient service quality is not only providing patients with various forms of registered way,especially on the clinic layout added more scientific and humanistic consideration and arrangement. This paper attempts to integrate the complex outpatient service system into zero,summarizes the current outpatient service in manpower,resources,and medical treatment level,according to the problems existing in the outpatient service,creatively put forward the increased investment in technology,revitalize the current resources,create super team,in order to further improve the outpatient service provides a different perspective and a variety of choice.
