高校实验室特种设备安全管理探讨

Exploration on safety management for special equipment in university laboratories

随着高校实验室内特种设备数量的增加,其安全管理的重要性日益凸显。结合浙江大学实验室内特种设备安全管理的具体实践,对落实和推进高校实验室内特种设备的安全管理进行了积极的探讨;就日常管理中存在的问题,提出了加强宣传教育,普及管理知识;开展专项活动,清扫监管盲区;搭建信息平台,建立电子档案;以及多平台贯通,实现闭环管理4个方面的建议。

With the increasing amount of the special equipment in university laboratories,the significance of safety management is more and more prominent.In combination with the practice of safety management of special equipment in laboratories of Zhejiang University,a positive exploration on the implementation and promotion of safety management of special equipment in university laboratories is carried out.On the problems in daily management,it is proposed that the publicity and education are enhanced,and management knowledge is popularized.The special events are launched,and the supervision blind area is cleared up.The information platform is constructed,the electronic archives are established,and four aspects of multi-platform penetration and closed loop management are realized.
