机械设计基础课程是一门工程实践性很强的课程,在实验教学中,引入"身边教学法"工程教育理念,以课程理论知识、身边机械工程的机构与零部件为核心,构建了机械设计基础实验课程快速教学体系,并以家用滚筒式洗衣机为例,具体介绍实验项目的设计,培养学生利用工程基础理论解决工程实际问题的思维和方法,有效地解决了课程理论知识与工程实际脱节的问题,提升了学生工程意识、工程实践动手能力及创新精神。

The Basic Mechanical Design course is a highly practical course.In the experimental teaching,the concept of the“Around teaching method”is introduced,and the rapid teaching system for the basic experimental course of Mechanical Design is constructed with the theoretical knowledge,mechanism and parts of the mechanical engineering nearby as the core.By taking the household drum washing machine as an example,the design of the experimental project is introduced concretely.Students are trained for the thinking and method of solving practical engineering problems by engineering basic theory,the problem of disconnection between theoretical knowledge and engineering practice is effectively solved,and students’engineering awareness,practical engineering ability and innovative spirit are promoted.
