技能大赛对教学改革和人才培养有效促进的实践

Practice of skills competition no promotion of teaching reform and talent training

全国职业院校技能大赛对职业教育的发展起到了非常积极的促进作用,但随着时间的推移,技能大赛的弊端也逐渐凸显。该文针对技能大赛存在的问题,对技能大赛如何有效促进教学改革及人才培养提出几点建议:将大赛成果转化为教学资源;在专业教学中融入技能大赛内容;切实深入开展"普测型"校级技能大赛。并以环保专业为例,对具体实践情况进行了阐述。

The skills competition for national vocational colleges has played a very positive role in promoting the development of vocational education,but with the passage of time,the drawbacks of the skills competition have gradually become prominent.In view of the problems existing in the skill competition,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to effectively promote teaching reform and talent training in the skill competition such as transforming the results of the competition into teaching resources,incorporating the content of the skills competition into the professional teaching and practically carrying out the“General examination type”skills competition in depth at college level.By taking the Environmental Protection speciality as an example,the concrete practice is expounded upon.
