Ensuring sustainable development of laboratory based on foundation and scientific planning

高校的长足发展离不开实验室的可持续发展,而成功的高校都具有相同的优势,即实验室的高效发展。但实验室的发展仍存在很多现实问题,如管理机制不够健全、内容方法过于陈旧及教师队伍不稳定等。针对目前现状,立足现有基础,提出合理有效的改进措施,以促进人才培养和研究水平的不断提升。

The rapid development of colleges and universities can’t be separated from the sustainable development of laboratories,and successful colleges and universities have the same advantages,i.e.,the efficient development of laboratories.However,there are still many practical problems in the development of laboratories,such as imperfect management mechanism,outdated content and methods,unstable teaching staff,etc.In view of the current situation and based on the existing foundation,this paper puts forward reasonable and effective improvement measures to promote the continuous improvement of talent training and research level.
