By taking Capital Medical University as an example,the concept and methods of modern logistics and supply chain management are introduced,and the information technology and means are used to establishes a supply and guarantee model of the general consumables in medical colleges and universities,which is based on the construction of the standardized functions of the featured distribution centers and the integration of the supply chain with the information technology and information system.This new model has the characteristics of safety,high efficiency,standardization and intensivism,which has produced good resource allocation benefits in practice and promoted the transformation of the resource utilization from the simple utilization type to comprehensive benefit type which integrates the service benefit,economic benefit and management benefit.
