Theoretical Interpretation of Body Aesthetics in Physical Education

基于身体美学视角,探讨了体育教育中塑造完整身体的重要意义。研究认为:体育教育是直接作用于身体的教育形式,其以身体意识为基础,身体实践为动力,身体美感为最高追求,力图构建出艺术的身体、动感的身体以及活跃的身体,呈现出"完整的人"的存在样貌。体育教育是身体的文化表现形式,它试图唤醒被遮蔽的身体,萌发生命的活力,激发蕴含于身体之中的力量,从而获得生命的超越,最终塑造自由而全面发展的人。

Based on the perspective of body aesthetics,this paper probes into the significance of shaping a complete body in physical education.The study holds that physical education is a form of education that acts directly on the body.It is based on the body consciousness,body practice as the motive force,and the body aesthetic feeling as the highest pursuit.It tries to construct the artistic body,the moving body and the active body.It presents the appearance of the existence of"complete person".Physical education is a form of cultural expression of the body.It tries to awaken the concealed body,germinate the vitality of life,stimulate the power contained in the body,thus obtain the transcendence of life,and finally shape the free and all-round development of the person.
