我国公募与非公募体育基金会对比研究

Comparative Study of Public and Non-Public Fundraising Sports Foundations in China

运用对比分析等研究方法,对我国两类体育基金会进行了研究。发现:两种基金会在准入要求、服务对象、资金募集渠道、支出结构、项目选择、人员配备、信息披露等方面存在明显的差异。建议:尽快完成体育基金会评估工作,进行等级评估,优先购买政府服务;开展基金保值、增值工作,提高资金的运作能力;加大对体育公益专业人才的培养和投入力度,切实提高体育基金会管理人员的综合素质。

Two kinds of sports foundations in China are studied by means of comparative analysis and other research methods.It is found that there are obvious gaps between the two foundations in terms of access requirements,service objects,funding channels,expenditure structure,project selection,staffing,information disclosure,and so on.It is suggested to complete the evaluation of sports foundation as soon as possible,to obtain the evaluation level,to give priority to the purchase of government services,to carry out the work of maintaining the value of the fund,to increase its value,to improve the operation ability of the fund,to strengthen the training and investment of sports professional,and improve the comprehensive quality of sports foundation.
