化解农村地区矛盾纠纷要坚持自治、法治、德治相结合,开展有针对性的法治宣传,主动介入矛盾纠纷化解,充分发挥乡间模范人物的示范引领作用,创新化解方法,村干部处理村内事务要坚持"公道",办理机关在处理矛盾纠纷引发的案件时要宽严相济。
