功利主义视角下政工干部道德行为辨析

Analysis of the Moral Behavior of Political Work Cadres from the Perspective of Utilitarianism

在关乎思想政治工作品质的各种变量中,政工干部道德行为不可小觑。只是学界基于功利主义维度,对政工干部的道德行为进行分析和规制,还略显不足。有鉴于此,应对功利主义进行理性审视,并以此为理论框架对政工干部的道德行为进行分析,提出在政工干部道德行为中接纳和阻隔"功利性"的实践主张,并认为这个主张的贯彻都必须以遵守"适当""正当"的边界为前提。

Among the various variables related to the quality of ideological and political work,the moral behavior of political workers should not be underestimated.It is only the academic circle that analyzes and regulates the moral behavior of political workers and cadres based on the utilitarian dimension.In view of this,we conduct a rational review of utilitarianism,and use this as a theoretical framework to analyze the moral behaviors of political workers and cadres,and put forward the practice of accepting and blocking"utilitarianism"in the moral behavior of political workers and cadres,and believe that the implementation of this proposition must be based on the boundary of"proper"and"legitimate".
