Effects of aerobic training on cardiorespiratory function in patients with Parkinson’s disease

摘要 本文简述了帕金森病(PD)患者的主要功能障碍,重点讨论了PD患者心肺功能障碍的原因,并分析运用有氧运动来提高心肺功能的可行性和训练方法,为PD患者提高心肺功能、改善生活质量提供依据。本文从PD患者进行有氧训练的必要性、可行性、安全性、有效性等方面介绍了有氧训练对PD患者心肺功能的改善情况。 This paper briefly describes the main functional disorders of patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD), focuses on the causes of cardiopulmonary dysfunction, and analyzes the feasibility and training method of using aerobic exercise in order to provide basis for improving cardiopulmonary function and the quality of life in patients with PD. This article introduces the improvement of cardiopulmonary function in patients with PD from the aspects of necessity, feasibility, safety, and effectiveness of aerobic training for PD.
