甲状腺癌根治术后应用钙片对低钙血症的预防作用分析

Preventive Effect of Calcium Tablet on Hypocalcemia and Adverse Reactions after Radical Thyroidectomy

目的探究甲状腺癌根治术后应用钙片对低钙血症的预防作用及对患者不良反应的影响。方法选取我院收治的140例甲状腺癌患者,按数字表法随机分为对照组和研究组,各70例。对照组患者采用单纯甲状腺根治术治疗,研究组患者采用甲状腺癌根治术后联合钙片治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的不良反应发生情况、治疗满意度、肿瘤切除率以及低钙血症的发生情况。结果研究组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者低钙血症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌根治术后应用钙片可显著预防低钙血症和其他不良反应,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of calcium tablets on hypocalcemia after radical thyroidectomy and its influence on adverse reactions.Methods 140 patients with thyroid cancer were randomly divided into control group(n=70)and study group(n=70)according to the number table.The patients in control group were treated with simple radical thyroidectomy,and the patients in study group were treated with radical thyroidectomy combined with calcium tablet.The incidence of adverse reactions,patients'satisfaction with the treatment and the incidence of hypocalcemia were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of hypocalcemia in the study group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium tablets after radical thyroidectomy can significantly prevent the occurrence of hypocalcemia and other adverse reactions.It could also improve the quality of life of patients.
