疼痛管理对肿瘤患儿疼痛及心理状态的影响分析

Effect of Pain Management on Pain Relief and Mental Status of Children with Neoplasms

目的分析疼痛管理对肿瘤患儿疼痛及心理状态的影响。方法选取本院收治的100例肿瘤患儿作为研究对象,按照数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用疼痛管理模式。比较两组患儿的镇痛效果、护理依从性及家属对护理的满意度,并使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价两组患儿护理前后的心理状态。结果观察组镇痛效果、护理依从性及其家属的护理满意率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组SAS和SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS和SDS评分较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组SAS和SDS评分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疼痛管理在肿瘤患儿中具有较好的应用效果,有助于缓解疼痛以及焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患儿对临床护理的依从性,提升患儿和家属对护理服务的满意率。

Objective To analyze the effect of pain management on pain relief and psychological status of children with neoplasms.Methods A total of 100 patients with neoplasms treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the digital table method,with 50 cases in each group.In the control group,the routine nursing mode was adopted,and in the observation group added was the pain management mode on the basis of the control group.The analgesic effect and nursing compliance of patients and the family satisfaction to nursing were compared between the two groups.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to observe the psychological status of the two groups of children before and after the nursing intervention.Results The analgesic efficiency and nursing compliance of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The family satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.All the above differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of observation group decreased significantly as compared with those before intervention(P<0.05),while those of the control group showed no statistical differences before and after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion Pain management had good effects in the treatment of children with neoplasms.It could be helpful to improve the children's compliance to clinical nursing,relieve the pain symptoms and anxiety and depression,so as to increase the satisfaction rate of children and their families to our nursing service.
