基于熵权TOPSIS的江苏劳动力素质评价及时空演化

On Labour Force Quality Evaluation and Space-time Evolution in Jiangsu:Based on Entropy Weight TOPSIS

选取2005—2016年数据,运用熵权TOPSIS法对江苏劳动力素质水平进行综合评价。结果表明:江苏劳动力素质评价投入指标比例先扬后抑,而产出指标先抑后扬;二级指标中,科研机构人员数量、专利授权量、科研机构数量等5个指标历年权重占比较高;劳动力素质水平总体苏南地区较高,苏北地区最低;同时,苏南地区和苏中部分城市劳动力素质水平呈明显上升趋势,而苏北地区劳动力素质水平排名具有下降趋势。最后从科技创新及区域联动引领方面提出建议。

In this paper according to the data from 2005 to 2016,the author conducted the comprehensive evaluation of labor force quality in Jiangsu by using the method of Entropy Weight TOPSIS.The results show that the proportion of input index of labor force quality in Jiangsu goes firstly up and then down,while the output index is on the contrary.In the secondary indexes,the proportion of the five indexes including the numbers of personnel,and so on.For the level of labor force quality,southern Jiangsu is generally higher while northern Jiangsu is the lowest.At the same time,the level of labor force quality in southern and central Jiangsu is obviously rising,while the level in northern Jiangsu is declining.Finally,the paper put forward suggestions from the aspects of technological innovation and regional linkage leading.
