Top-level Design of Smart Tourism Platform of Quanzhou in Integrated Regional Tourism

实地调研结合文献研究发现,泉州市智慧旅游平台的顶层设计应从各层次、各角度、各因素进行统筹规划,使其能满足游客、涉旅企业和旅游管理部门的智慧服务、智慧营销和智慧管理需求,实现旅游、交通、公安等部门数据的全市互联互通,以及厦漳泉智慧旅游一体化。泉州智慧旅游平台的框架应包括技术平台和保障体系两部分,技术平台包括感知层、传输层、数据层、应用层、展现层;保障体系包括政策机制、组织保障、资金保障、标准规范体系、信息基础设施、人才保障。保障体系是保证技术平台正常有序运作的软措施,二者相辅相成。

Based on field research and literature research,it is proposed that the top-level design of the smart tourism platform of Quanzhou be so carried out that it meets the needs for smart service,smart marketing and smart management from tourists,tourism business and tourism administration,integrate and link the data of tourism,transportation,public security and other sectors citywide and realize Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quan smart tourism integration.The framework of Quanzhou smart tourism platform should include technological platform and security system,the technological platform covering layers for perception,transmission,data,application and display,and the security system covering policy mechanism,organization security,fund security,standards & norms,information infrastructure and talent security.The two parts complement each other and support each other.
