校企协同机制下的翻译硕士专业学位培养模式探究

Research on the Training Mode of MTI in the School-Enterprise Cooperation Mechanism

本文通过分析自2007年以来已有的经国务院学位委员会批准成为翻译硕士(MTI)专业学位授权点的159所高校的情况,总结了目前翻译硕士专业教育面临的问题:人才培养目标不清;人才培养方案不妥;师资队伍建设不强;教学方式方法不新;实践基地缺乏;教学管理方法不变等,旨在采取校企协同的方式,依托企业项目,与企业合作共同培养学生,解决以上问题。

Through the analysis of 159 universities that have been approved by the Academic Degree Committee of the State Council for the professional degree of Master of Translation(MTI)since 2007,this paper summarizes the problems faced by the professional education of Master of Translation at present:The objectives of talent cultivation are not clear;the plan of talent cultivation is inappropriate;the construction of teachers is not strong;the teaching methods and methods are not new;the practice base is lacking;and the teaching management methods remain unchanged.The aim is to take the form of school-enterprise collaboration through enterprise projects,to cooperate with enterprises,and to train students and solve the above problems.
