摘要
教师流动是解决教师资源配置不均衡而采取的有效举措。但现实中由于受教师工作地点的惯性心理、工作—家庭冲突,担心缺少发展平台等因素影响,教师流动意愿差强人意。自我决定理论是20世纪80年代产生的,理论的核心是通过提升个体从事工作中的自主性提高个体内部动机,从而更好地完成工作。本文以自主决定理论作为视角,认为只有尊重教师的自主流动意愿;合理运用奖励等外部激励措施;采取差异性政策,才能激发中小学教师流动意愿。
Teacher mobility is an effective measure to address the problem of imbalance in teacher resource allocation.However,in reality,due to the inertia of teachers’workplaces,work-family conflicts,fear of lack of development platforms and other factors,teachers’willingness to move is not satisfactory.Self-determination Theory appeared in the 1980s.The core of the theory is to improve the individual’s internal motivation by improving the autonomy of the individual in the work,so that they can complete the work better.The authors suggest that,in order to inspire teacher’s Intention of mobility,the government should respect teachers’willingness to move independently,use external incentives such as money and welfare reasonably,and adopt different policies.
