温州市区土鸡蛋沙门氏菌污染的研究及药敏试验

Study on Salmonella sp.Pollution in Eggs in Wenzhou Area and Drug Susceptibility Test

从温州市不同市场随机购买40枚新鲜土鸡蛋,进行沙门氏菌的检测。通过预增菌、选择性增菌、选择性培养及生化鉴定,检测分离出2株沙门氏菌,分离率为5%。对分离出的2株沙门氏菌进行了9种常用抗菌药物的药敏试验,结果表明分离菌株对恩诺沙星、复方新诺明产生了一定的耐药性,表明污染土鸡蛋的沙门氏菌对常用抗菌药物已经具有一定抵抗力,提示在蛋鸡养殖过程中通过药敏试验选择抗菌药物防控土鸡蛋沙门氏菌污染至关重要,土鸡蛋消费过程中应充分重视沙门氏菌污染。

Forty samples of fresh native eggs were randomly purchased from different markets in Wenzhou area for Salmonella sp.detection.Two strains of Salmonella sp.were isolated by pre-accelerant,selective enrichment,selective culture and biochemical identification,and the isolation rate is 5%.The susceptibility tests of 12 commonly used antimicrobial agents were performed on the 2 isolates of Salmonella sp.The results showed that the isolates produced certain levels of ofloxacin,chloramphenicol,enrofloxacin,trichordine,and sulfamethoxazole.The drug resistance showed that Salmonella sp.contaminated eggs had certain resistance to commonly used antibacterial drugs,suggesting that it is important to select antibacterial drugs for prevention and control of Salmonella sp.contamination based on drug sensitivity test in layer hens breeding,and more attention to Salmonella sp.contamination during egg consumption.
